Being:Art was founded by artists/teachers Anne Wike and Sean Murphy.

Our mission is to reveal the art making process and create aesthetic works of art. We provide fusion art experiences in the form of performances, workshops, handcrafted instruments, and residencies. Our work includes multidisciplinary art designed for site-specific environments.

We work as consultants to the Dimensions Educational Research Foundation developing and teaching workshops. We sell outdoor musical instruments through Nature Explore, a joint effort of the Dimensions and National Arbor Day Foundations. We are also Artists-in-Residence at the Buckman Performing & Fine Arts Center in Memphis, TN.
