Step-by-step instruction of yoga fundamentals designed to build a solid foundation. Students will practice a vinyasa asana (yoga postures) in sequences emphasizing breath work in combination with strengthening, stretching and balancing. The class will include relaxation techniques to foster stress reduction and to develop a greater sense of well-being. Beginners welcome.
The last Tuesday of the month focuses on restorative yoga with live music. This class focuses on the breath, a sequence of supported poses, and gentle somatic movements that encourage the body and mind to relieve stress and heal. Live music by Sean Murphy.

Please wear comfortable clothes that are not too baggy. We will practice barefoot. Mats and props will be provided.
